Soho Sales Coaching provides customized sales training and coaching workshops, executive coaching and keynotes to companies worldwide looking to help them develop sales leaders and improve sales performance.

Prior to that, he was an instructor of Sales and Marketing with Sprott-Shaw Business College in Canada, worked in ‘Global Brand Integration’ with the Canadian Tourism Commission, and as a sales representative of the Canadian Scholarship Trust Plan had a closing ratio of 100% with zero policy cancellations.

Tom has appeared as a guest on radio 938LIVE (Singapore), BFM 89.9 (Malaysia), BITR (Chicago) and in Make it Business magazine, Human Resources magazine and Berita Harian newspaper. He is a regular contributor of sales articles published in The Business Times newspaper, The Straits Times newspaper and The Singapore Marketer magazine.

Tom is always exploring and discovering new sales tools that can benefit sales professionals. His optimism is contagious and he believes your future is something you can control, despite these challenging economic times. Clients also value his perspective on sales and his way of looking at things that makes sense to sales professionals.

He is a member of the Association of Professional Speakers Singapore, Canadian Professional Sales Association and Marketing Institute of Singapore. Tom also serves on the Executive Committee of the International Coach Federation Singapore. Tom has spoken at Asia Professional Speakers Singapore, Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, International Coach Federation (Singapore), Marketing Institute of Singapore, Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Singapore Press Holdings and many more organizations.
